Thank you for your interest in MACK. The mortgage process can be a tedious one, especially if your lender does not prepare you for the documentation you will need to provide. Our preferred lender, Guaranteed Rate, has put together a list of items you will need to successfully apply for and close on a mortgage:

Last 30 days of pay stubs for all applicants

Last 2 months of all asset statements - all pages of all accounts. Please be specific from which account the down payment will be provided.

Provide a written explanation for any deposits into the above bank accounts which do not match normal payroll deposits - transfers between accounts, checks deposited, etc.

Last 2 years W2s, 1099s and K1s (if applicable)

Last 2 years personal Federal tax returns - all pages and all schedules.

If you own more > 25% of a business, provide last 2 years of corporate returns, all pages and schedules. (certain instances require YTD P&L statement)

For ALL residential properties owned - provide most recent tax bill, insurance agent contact info, proof of assessment (if applicable), and leases.

If property will be held in Trust - all pages of trust document.

If you are divorced and receiving/paying support of any kind, provide complete recorded divorce decree.
