MACK Companies excitedly observed its first Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day in conjunction with the national foundation’s 2015 event on April 23rd. Each department creatively collaborated with the marketing department and prepared a full-day agenda for our young MACK Companies employees who sometimes don’t have a good idea of what their parents do everyday. The children’s schedule followed basic daily functions that happen at the Tinley Park Campus where they acquired a house, redeveloped it, got it inspected, and then sold and leased the single-family homes. The curiosity of these young minds, kindergarteners and up, allowed for many questions to be asked and answered. The MACK’s were incredibly pleased with the event and they look forward to a bigger and better 2016 event!
Next year we want more children to come for the day and have an even better experience. We work really hard to create an exciting, creative, and welcoming office for our staff. It was such a joy to share it with our children and to watch them enjoy it as much as we do was thrilling,” said Rachael Footlick, Human Resources Director.
