Director of Property Management

Ralph oversees a team of dedicated professionals who manage more than 600 Mack-owned and investor properties. His broad responsibilities range from locating and placing tenants, home inspections, and Section 8 administration, to working with local villages to assure building codes are being met. He has been with Mack for three years.

John has been with Mack for four years. John can draw upon his experience and the knowledge that he gained via his career in real estate to assist tenants from initial placement through the duration of their occupancy. John is dedicated to the highest quality service for all Mack tenants.

John Stacho brings a combined thirty plus years of experience in real estate and property management to MACK’s tenants. John is well known for his strong work ethic and loyalty to our company. He is by all means a valuable asset to our organization.

Eva has been with MACK for two and a half years and in the property management industry for 13 years. With her many years in customer service and sales, she is committed to finding the perfect home for each and every family.

Property Management Group

Harmony manages our insurance and investor statements, as well as taxes and other legal issues that may impact Mack’s portfolio of properties. Additionally, Harmony works diligently to ideally coordinate contractor services in order to satisfy tenant housing needs. Harmony has a strong background in both property management and as a leasing agent having worked with a major suburban multi-unit group prior to joining Mack.
