Director of MACK Estates
Fermin’s primary focus is in Sales and Marketing for our exclusive MACK Estates line. He aids in providing a one-of-a-kind experience to our buyers who have worked very hard for an opportunity to own their Luxury Estate. Fermin will also help us in providing the same first class experience to our investors and ensuring they achieve their personal goals. Fermin’s background includes working for Pulte Homes, a Fortune 500 homebuilder in several roles including Construction Management and Community Sales Management. His background offers a balanced approach in understanding all fields necessary to get our buyers and investors a great property at an outstanding value.
Fermin is an original ‘Southsider’, having grown up in the South suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Marist High School. He continued his education at the University of Illinois, graduating with a B.S. in Marketing. Married and living in Lockport, Fermin has fun spending time with his family, playing golf, running his own softball team and rooting on the lovable losers, the Chicago Cubs.
Investor Relations Manager
Treffly is responsible for the communication, brand management and event planning for MACK companies and its investors. She has over 10 years of sales, graphic design, marketing and customer service experience throughout her career and looks forward to speaking with you about our unique investment opportunities.
Digital Marketing Manager
Chris has more than ten years of experience in graphic/web design, project management, social media and marketing. He is responsible for web development, site design, marketing collateral, corporate branding, content creation and the management of our search engine marketing activities. Before joining MACK Companies Chris had successfully started his own design and marketing business. Chris currently holds an AAS in web graphic design.
Keith’s main responsibilities include handling all MACK property sales from investment homes to the Estates line. He also runs the numbers on all MACK properties and forecasts whether or not they will prove profitable. Keith develops relationships with all new incoming prospects, leads and other inquiries.
Keith has lived in the southwest suburbs his entire life and graduated from Carl Sandburg High School. He continued his education in Chicago, graduating with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Sales Leadership. In his spare time Keith enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball and hacking away at a golf ball on the weekends.
