Our approach to managing properties is as unique as our commitment to redeveloping them: our tenants are treated with dignity, while neighbors are treated with respect.
Prior to moving in, each tenant is assigned to a Mack property manager who demonstrates the how-to’s of basic home maintenance, from changing furnace filters to doing lawn care. Once a month that property manager pays a visit to the property to ensure proper care is being given to the home. If an emergency arises, the property manager is on-call 24/7.
Mack property managers also make a special effort to reach out to our neighbors to create the most cohesive community environment. Open dialogue is encouraged with the exchanging of contact information and the promise of fast action on any complaint, however minor.
Of course, our homes are always open for village inspection, whether by the fire department, police or building department.
