Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Keota Lawn & Power Equipment, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Descriptions

Keota Lawn & Power Equipment provides small engine repair and maintenance services including but not limited to:

• Lawn mower repair and maintenance
• Generator service and repair
• Tractor and garden equipment service
• Snow blower maintenance and repair
• Battery and electrical system service

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Customers are encouraged to schedule appointments by calling (641) 636-3107. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Equipment left at our facility for more than 30 days without contact may be subject to storage fees.

4. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for diagnosis. Written estimates will be provided before any repair work exceeding $100 begins. Prices are subject to change. Additional parts or labor not included in the original estimate will require customer approval before proceeding.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $25 processing fee. Equipment will not be released until full payment is received.

6. Warranties

We offer a 90-day warranty on labor for all repair work. Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Keota Lawn & Power Equipment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
